OVERVIEW

Bronzeoak Philippines has embarked on various projects in the Philippines including the establishment of San Carlos Bioenergy Inc., the first fuel ethanol distillery and co-generation facility. These projects are in varying stages of development and construction and can serve as models for the rest of Southeast Asia. The ethanol distillery model for example, will provide the proof that production of this fuel is viable and replicable in the Philippines.

South Bukidnon Bioenergy is a project company presently developing a 150,000-liter per day ethanol plant with cogeneration capabilities in Barangay Labuagon in Kibawe, South Bukidnon, scheduled to reach financial closure and commence construction thereafter.

Capas Tarlac Bioenergy is a project company presently developing a 150,000-liter per day ethanol plant with cogeneration capabilities in Capas in Tarlac scheduled to reach financial closure by second quarter of 2009 and commence construction in the third quarter of the same year.
