Bronzeoak Clean Energy is an investment holding company composed of Bronzeoak Philippines, which is a joint-venture between Zabaleta & Company and Bronzeoak Limited of the UK; FE Clean Energy Group of Darien, Connecticut in the USA; and the Philippine-based Majent Group, the media and property investment group already a major player in agri-business. Established in 2007 in a direct response to the needs of our San Carlos Bionergy project and other opportunities in the Philippines, BCE is an example of the financial backbone which we create to support Bronzeoak Philippines in the investment and construction of clean, sustainable energy projects in the Philippines and the Asia Pacific Region.. With the combined financial strength of our shareholders, we grow our portfolio typically by investing a majority share of the equity capital into plants developed by our sister companies, investing alongside local partners providing social acceptance and local financial security.
